Position Overview:
We're seeking a results-driven leader to enable and scale
high-value engagements through partnerships with global
development organisations. Your mission is to leverage your
extensive network to engage and activate sustainable centres
of excellence and practice areas for Apurva through consulting
firms, multilaterals, and impact organisations. You'll be
accountable for partnership-driven adoption metrics and will
nurture partners' capacity to position Apurva in their
client engagements. This is a role with clear adoption targets
and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:

Achieve quarterly partnership-driven adoption targets

Develop and execute partnership strategies with leading
global development consulting firms, multilaterals, and
impact consultants

Convert institutional relationships into quantifiable
Apurva implementations across partners' client
engagements

Design partnership models with clear activation metrics
and accountability frameworks
-
Track and report on partnership-driven adoption funnel,
from engagement to implementation
-
Create and deliver partner enablement programs that
directly correlate to increased adoption rates
-
Establish and monitor success metrics for each
partnership, with focus on implementation numbers

Work closely with the Chief of Market Development to align
on overall adoption strategy and targets
Qualifications:

Direct relationship and access to a network of global
development organisations/ partners based on prior
engagements

Demonstrated success in building partnerships that deliver
measurable implementation outcomes

Track record of meeting or exceeding partnership-driven
growth or adoption targets

Experience developing partner enablement programs that
directly increase implementation metrics

Strong business acumen and ability to develop
adoption-focused partnership models

Position Overview:
We're seeking an exceptional leader to champion
Apurva's global growth. Your mission is to leverage your
existing extensive global network to engage and activate
Institutional Funders and their Grantees to adopt Apurva for
solving complex social problems. This role is directly
responsible for driving market growth at scale across
international development organisations.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and directly engage Institutional Funders,
Not-for-Profit organisations and CSOs through your
established network

Achieve ambitious monthly and quarterly targets for
activation of new accounts.

Articulate Apurva's unique value proposition as a
transformative problem-solving infrastructure with
relevant decision making stakeholders, eg, CxO’s,
Founders, MD’s, ED’s, Partners, etc.

Represent Apurva.ai at high-level industry forums that
position us as thought leaders

Build a robust pipeline of opportunities with clear
conversion pathways

Deliver measurable results against quarterly activation
and adoption goals
Qualifications:

Direct relationship and access to network of Institutional
Funders, Not-for-Profit organisations and CSOs in India
and globally

Prior experience working in Institutional Funding
organisations and access to global networks

Verifiable track record of activating key accounts and
driving adoption of solutions

Sophisticated understanding of global development sector
challenges and funding landscapes

executive and board levels

Ability to translate complex technical capabilities into

Position Overview:
Apurva.ai is seeking a dynamic
Digital Marketing & Content Lead to drive
our brand presence, engagement and impact. This role blends
strategic marketing with compelling content creation to
enhance our outreach, grow our user base, and establish
Apurva.ai as a thought leader in the development sector. The
ideal candidate is a creative storyteller, data-driven
marketer and purpose-driven professional passionate about
driving social change through technology.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution

Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing
strategy aligned with organizational goals.

Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns leveraging
organic and paid strategies (Google Ads, social media ads,
etc.).

Conduct A/B testing and leverage analytics to refine
campaign performance.
2. Social Media & Community Engagement

Own and manage the organization’s presence across social
platforms (LinkedIn)

Track website traffic, conversion rates, and content
performance using tools like Google Analytics and HubSpot.

Prepare performance reports with actionable insights to
refine marketing strategies.

Continuously improve content and campaigns based on
data-driven findings.
Qualifications:

Experience:
8-10 years in digital marketing and content strategy,
preferably in SaaS organizations.

Expertise: in social media strategy,
content creation, SEO, and campaign management.

Tools:
Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Suite, HubSpot, Google
Analytics, SEMrush, and social media scheduling tools.
