Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Engagements Lead to empower
partner organisations in scaling value for their communities
through Apurva.ai. This role requires strong execution,
exceptional relationship management, and innovative thinking
with a hands-on approach to driving progress.
The ideal
candidate will have 5-8 years in partner success roles,
responsible for aligning goals, validating use cases,
overseeing onboarding, and fostering consistent engagement
with a focus on adoption and scalable impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Partnership & Vision:

Align with partners on the overall vision for the
partnership and identify optimal use cases for Apurva
implementation.

Reimagine and redesign existing scenarios with client
partners, discovering new possibilities for value
creation.

Engage comfortably with senior leadership and collaborate
closely with their teams to drive execution and deliver
results.

Present roadmaps, demos, and progress updates effectively
to internal and external stakeholders.

Deeply analyse problem statements to ensure alignment with
Apurva's offerings and the organisation's engagement
goals.

Enable smooth and seamless onboarding of partner
organisations.
Adoption & Value Realisation:

Work closely with partners to identify relevant problem
statements and drive significant value creation at scale.

Engage deeply with partner organisations to ensure they
fully leverage Apurva's potential and continuously realise
value.

Proactively identify innovative use cases with partners to
ensure consistent and sustained value creation.

Build and maintain strong relationships with partners,
serving as their primary point of contact for engagement
initiatives.

Provide constant feedback, insights, and recommendations
internally to enhance the partner experience.
Impact & Enablement:

Develop partner journey maps and engagement strategies for
the entire partnership lifecycle.

Co-create and document reference implementations and case
studies to inspire other organisations.

Identify and document real stories of impact from the
field, sharing them with the broader network.
Performance & Stakeholder Collaboration:

Define, execute, manage, and analyse key performance
indicators (KPIs) to enhance account performance, ensuring
consistent adoption, engagement, impact, and achievement
of scale targets.

Collaborate effectively with internal cross-functional
teams to ensure smooth delivery and maximise mutual value
creation.

Facilitate network connections, collaborations, and
meaningful interactions to maximise partnership value.
Requirements:

People person, data-driven, proactive, go-getter with the
rigour for execution.

5–8 years of proven experience in relationship management
with partners.

Preferably with development sector/social impact
experience.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and
problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate
with a diverse range of stakeholders, engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Experience using CRM systems and engagement/analytics
tools will be a plus.

We're seeking a Scale Advisor to help Apurva's partner organizations expand their impact
internally and across their networks by leveraging our offerings. This role focuses on co-creating strategy, building partnerships, and ensuring lasting, meaningful outcomes for users.
As Scale Advisor, you'll work with leadership to drive alignment, unlock network effects, and
turn early wins into sustained, systemic change.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Impact Scaling
- Partner with organisations to identify high-leverage opportunities for scale
- Co-create strategies that extend Apurva's impact beyond the pilot and help organizations scale
- Develop actionable, data-backed roadmaps that prioritise value delivery to end users
- Guide partners through the shift from isolated successes to enterprise- and ecosystem-level adoption
- Lead alignment workshops and scaling labs to anchor shared vision and execution clarity
Ecosystem Development & Network Effects
- Map and activate interconnected actors to multiply reach and impact
- Design collaborative frameworks that enable shared learning and distributed problem-solving
- Cultivate peer networks and learning communities that drive ecosystem-wide value creation
Organizational Readiness & Thought Leadership
- Co-develop custom metrics and feedback loops that track user-level value and system-level change and strengthen foundations
- Distill lived experiences, insights, and successes into scalable frameworks and toolkits
- Craft compelling case studies that inspire further adoption and cross-context learning
- Contribute to Apurva's thought leadership on bottom-up infrastructure and collective intelligence

Requirements:
- 12+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy, or senior roles in non-profits, philanthropy, or social enterprises.
- Demonstrated experience leading complex projects with multi-stakeholder engagement.
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and solution design skills.
- Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
- Deep understanding of the social impact ecosystem in India (e.g. education, livelihoods, health, governance).
- Entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership, adaptability, and comfort with ambiguity.
- A strong network of ecosystem partners, funders and civil society organisations

Operations-Admin Executive

Position Overview:
As an Admin Executive, you will ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the office and provide
administrative support across teams. You will handle logistical, facility, and coordination tasks that
keep our team productive and our office running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations including supplies, equipment, vendors, and maintenance.
- Support scheduling of meetings, internal events, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain records of bills, reimbursements, office expenses, and petty cash.
- Coordinate with external vendors for procurement, courier, and facility needs.
- Assist with onboarding logistics for new joiners.
- Ensure the office environment is organized, clean, and conducive to work.
- Handle routine administrative documentation, filing, and data entry.
- Support any other administrative and operational tasks as required.
Key Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in administrative, operations, or office management roles.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Good written and verbal communication in English.
