The collection brings together experiences of common people from across Brazil, including Indigenous and traditional communities, leaders and participants in environmental, social, and cultural movements, and conversations around gender, race, labour, and technology, alongside stories of everyday life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">Behind each of these stories is something more: knowledge shaped by lived experience. \u201cBehind every individual life and every collective experience, there is a unique form of knowledge,\u201d says <strong>Lucas Lara, Content Director at Museu da Pessoa.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe title=\"Lucas Lara on Apurva LENS (Museu da Pessoa)\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/RUsfox_wY2k?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The challenge for the museum has been finding new ways to make sense of this knowledge across a large and growing archive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Over the past few months, Museu da Pessoa and Apurva.ai have been exploring this together. Using <em>Apurva LENS<\/em>, the team designed a pilot around a subset of voices from the archive, looking specifically at experiences around caring and longevity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The pilot explored whether technology could help identify patterns, differences and connections across individual narratives while retaining the context of the stories themselves. This aligns with Apurva LENS\u2019s broader approach of connecting fragmented knowledge and community voices while keeping insights traceable to their sources.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to Lucas, the pilot was able to engage with both the content and subjective nature of the narratives, identify relevant excerpts, generate reports, surface gaps and connect knowledge across different stories to support analysis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For Museu da Pessoa, this opens up the possibility of eventually exploring a much larger part of its archive in this way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"682\" src=\"https:\/\/apurva.ai\/staging\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/10\/Karen-Worcman-1024x682.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3477\" srcset=\"https:\/\/apurva.ai\/staging\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/10\/Karen-Worcman-1024x682.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/apurva.ai\/staging\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/10\/Karen-Worcman-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/apurva.ai\/staging\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/10\/Karen-Worcman-767x511.jpg 767w, https:\/\/apurva.ai\/staging\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/10\/Karen-Worcman-1536x1024.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/apurva.ai\/staging\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/10\/Karen-Worcman.jpg 2000w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Karen Worcman, Founder and President of Museu da Pessoa,<\/strong> describes the shared belief behind the collaboration simply: \u201cWe do believe that listening is the first step for change and Apurva.ai will be an important step for creating change in the Global South.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The work is still at an early stage. But it points to an interesting possibility: making it easier to learn from thousands of individual experiences while keeping the people, places and contexts behind those experiences visible.
