Why?

Communities are closest to the problems, they are most affected by the solutions. They hold deep, lived experience and contextual wisdom about how problems and solutions shape their everyday lives. Yet, this knowledge often remains untapped. Bringing it to the surface is essential to designing solutions that truly matter.

At Apurva, the term community is determined by who the affected users are, for e.g.

an NGO may refer to communities as the individuals they serve
an enabler may refer to communities as the NGOs they support

Irrespective of the context and perspective, we design with these communities at the centre.
